What data we collect

Through the assessment request form we collect your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, the location and treatment you are interested in, your preferred clinic dates (if you provide them) and the language in which you wish to be contacted. We do not ask for clinical information, identity documents or photographs.

How we use it

Solely to contact you and arrange the assessment you requested. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to handle and follow up on your request, or until you ask for it to be deleted.

Your rights

You may access, update, correct or request the deletion of your data, and withdraw this authorization, by writing to us through the contact channels published on this site. This processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations in Colombia (Law 1581 of 2012) and Panama (Law 81 of 2019).

Approximate country detection

To show you the WhatsApp of the nearest location, the site may estimate your country from your IP address. We do not use your precise location or store this information, and you can always choose the location manually.
